As the Head of Customer Experience at Myota, I lead our customer-facing efforts throughout the entire sales lifecycle from initial discovery to delivery and implementation. I oversee the User Experience (UX) Support and Implementation Team, ensuring smooth onboarding and driving customer success through proactive issue resolution, user training, feedback collection, and continuous support.

My role emphasizes e​​mpowering my team and streamlining operations to optimize customer satisfaction. I work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Development, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure a unified approach that delivers exceptional service and value at every touchpoint.

In addition to leading customer experience efforts, I also serve as the Compliance Manager, Auditor, and IT Governance Specialist. I oversee policy creation, evidence collection, and compliance management in alignment with the Trust Services Criteria (TSC) which is a framework by the AICPA used to evaluate controls under SOC 2 and SOC 3 audits. This ensures our organization meets rigorous standards for security, availability, confidentiality, processing integrity, and privacy.​

As a PADI IDC Staff Instructor with over 20 years of membership, my responsibility involves supporting instructor training and imparting wisdom and experience to new PADI leaders globally. In this capacity, I function as an educator, akin to K-12 or college course instructors, undergoing annual training updates. I teach a diverse range of courses, spanning over 20 different levels, from beginner classes to the most advanced diver specialties world.
