Myota, Inc – St. Petersburg, Florida Head of Customer Experience, Support, IT and Compliance, Jan 2023 – Current As the Head of Customer Experience at Myota, I lead our customer-facing efforts throughout the entire sales lifecycle from initial discovery to delivery and implementation. I oversee the User Experience (UX) Support and Implementation Team, ensuring smooth onboarding and driving customer success through proactive issue resolution, user training, feedback collection, and continuous support.
My role emphasizes empowering my team and streamlining operations to optimize customer satisfaction. I work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Development, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure a unified approach that delivers exceptional service and value at every touchpoint.
